有一套傳說中的漫畫，我一直未有機會拜讀，它就是《棋魂》，或譯《棋靈王》。
這套以圍棋為題材的漫畫，一九九九年於日本面世，大受歡迎後順理成章被拍成動畫、改成電視遊戲等，自然不在話下。但為何我會稱之為「傳說中的漫畫」呢？因為有關它的傳說，我真聽過不少。
例如看過一些報道，謂香港有不少中小學生，因迷上這套漫畫，進而學習圍棋。這風氣之盛，連帶一些圍棋學院也應運而生。聽落，真有點不可思議。
更不可思議的，是我一位朋友的太太。她本來是個普通的家庭主婦，絕不是甚麼漫畫迷，但在偶然的機會之下，接觸到《棋魂》這套漫畫，一看上癮！其癮之大，連帶把所有《棋魂》的動畫影碟也全部買下，煲得滾瓜爛熟！
之後，她得悉《棋魂》出過 PlayStation 遊戲，於是四處找人搜購，並特地買入 PlayStation 2 主機。偏生，PS2 居然不兼容這隻 PS1 Game，她又再斥資搜購幾乎已絕了版的 PS1 主機！如此神心，全為了《棋魂》！
到底《棋魂》係咪真係咁神奇？最近我終於借到一套來看了，睇完話你知。
