老友今晚在家中開派對，主角不是人，而是一個 PS2 遊戲：《Winning Eleven 8》！
此乃《Winning Eleven》足球遊戲系列的第八集，日本正式發售日期為八月五日，但早幾天我已見有得賣。老友第一時間購入，第一時間招呼朋友去他家，準備展開今年繼歐洲國家盃後最激烈的大戰！
說起這個《Winning Eleven》系列，別以為它出到第八集，就只得八集，其實絕對不只此數。實際總共有多少集我也搞不清楚，只知道它每出一集，又會先後推出該集的日本 J-League 版、國際版（或世界杯版）、最終進化版（Final Evolution）等等，粗略估計也有十六、十七個不同版本、集數了。
可是，每出新一集，廣大機迷還是會樂此不疲的以煲此 Game 為樂，更大搞對戰比賽。猶記得當年出到第四或第五集時，《東TOUCH》同事們也搞過一次《Winning Eleven》大賽，租了一間卡拉 OK 房，整夜不唱 K，只打機！
轉眼間，居然已出到第八集！這幾集之間，人事也幾番變更；當年「足球場」上的一班勇將已各散東西各有發展，是否大家都仍然在 Winning？
