別以為武俠世界只存在於小說中。細心想想，其實現今這個世界也是相當武俠的。
提到武俠小說，你會想到甚麼？武林大會、華山論劍、幫會門派、飛鴿傳書、鏢局客棧、暗器放毒、仙鶴神鵰、劍客俠女……
武林大會嘛，於現實生活中天天在開，可能是你公司中的一次跨部門檢討會議，或者是立法會的辯論大會；奧運會更是四年一度的超級武林大會！華山論劍嘛，奧運會就有各式的論劍了，當然其他武林大會中的舌劍唇槍也不遑多讓。
幫會門派麼，現代政壇的甚麼民主派、共和黨，以至綠色和平分子等，都是各式門派，而恐怖組織就是當今的邪派魔道；恐怖份子突襲酒店，不正是現代版的《龍門客棧》嗎？
飛鴿傳書，可以是電報、傳真、IDD、手機，反正就不必使用鴿子了。暗器嘛，彈指千里取人頭，一把手槍乜都夠！放毒？我就想起沙林毒氣、傳說中的愛滋針，以及內地花樣百出的有毒食品。甚麼是現代仙鶴神鵰？當然不用人扮啦！以往日航的標誌，就正是一隻飛翔在天的巨鶴。
故此，你和我實情都是劍客俠女，在這個現代武林中飲馬江湖！
