與其說是到機場送機，倒不如說，是我趁此機會來機場逛逛。
因為，打從五年前新機場啟用以來，它從未試過如此人流稀少，簡直是空前的奇景，不得不親眼目睹一下、親身體驗一番！空蕩蕩的大堂！空蕩蕩的柜位！若換作正常日子，這情景只會在半夜三更或凌晨五時才有可能出現；可是，現在是中午啊！
此情此景，令我想起：我曾於「九一一」之後一星期，於美國紐約啟程回港，當時的紐約機場，人流比現今的香港機場還要多出好多倍！
猶記得在一九九八年，這裏曾經一度成為遊覽熱點，不少港人趁假期一家大小專程到來參觀，更有機構主辦新機場一日遊，令它被貪新好奇的人群擠得水泄不通，儼如墟市，連廁所也逼到爆，幾引起大混亂！
俱往矣！當日又有誰會料到，前景一片美好的新機場，居然也會有如此靜英英的日子？
這天，目送親人走進禁區後，我獨兒在機場內漫步，由右邊的店鋪行到另一邊的店鋪，逐一細心瀏覽；居然給我發現，當中一間玩具店，有售一些在外面店子已絕迹的絕版玩具！大家也不妨來這個不一樣的機場，尋尋寶吧！
