中國第一艘載人太空船會於這幾天升空，一片太空熱已然在全國蔓延。不知同胞們又有否興趣，在太空置業呢？
是的，有錢的同胞，不單止可以在香港買樓，更可以考慮在月球買番塊地！
最近澳洲一家名為「月球地產」（Lunar Realty）的公司，宣布正式代理月球的土地權，買家只需以四十美元（約三百來港元），便可購得月球上一英畝的土地，而十英畝地則只售二百美元（約一千五百多港元）。
原來，類似的生意在美國早就出現，由一位叫 Dennis Hope 的仁兄創立。話說，他發現一九六七年的《聯合國外太空條約》有漏洞，雖然禁止各國「聲稱擁有」月球上的土地，但並沒有禁止「個人」聲稱擁有。於是他向美、蘇及聯合國登記，自一九八○年起以「月球大使館」（Lunar Embassy）的名義賣「月地」；二十多年來，已有二百萬個顧客，來自一百八十個國家！
而澳洲這家「月球地產」，也是向「月球大使館」購得正式代理權，才開始賣月的；據知開業之後，反應相當不俗。
喂，有誰夠快手，馬上向「月球大使館」取得中國代理權，可能是一條發達之路呢！
