The Electoral College has absolutely nothing to do with this person's point. Their point is that the majority of people in the country did not vote for Bush. The majority of those who bothered to vote, voted for Gore. Yes our constitution calls for electing the president by electoral college regardless of the popular vote but it doesn't change the fact that those who are voted for Bush are in the minority.
