Subject: Deaf puppie

I have a pitbull that is white and deaf. I want to care and love him. I need someone to help me learn to sign him the simple commands that dogs know. I have house broken him by taking him out and giving him treats. So now he goes to the door and whines for me to take him out . But i want to teach him sit,stay and the other simples that they learn. So if anyone can help me please reply and help me. Thank you
