The Big topic in the Chicago City Council is whether to ban smoking in restaurants. Most other workplace smoking has been banned for several years.

I seldom eat out but I do think that those who work in food service should not have to risk their health to have jobs in food service.

Can't remember the rule about smoking at the entrance of buildings. It is pitiful to see smokers shivering outside during a Chicago winter.
