Subject: Goodbye AARP!


My AARP membership was set to expire at the end of March 2011. I sent my check in and they cashed it in plenty of time but they claimed they never received it. After one written note and two e-mails and having to get the info off the check I called today and requested a refund.

They waste so much money on membership renewal reminders - one a month for the six months prior to each renewal date every year!

So since I've shed AARP I've decided to become 49 again!

Or even 48!
