His orbs watched him back up and he snorted when his hooves hit the stallions shoulder and not his barrel. His coffee hued pearls glared at him. His ooids grew wide when he saw the stallion, who was larger than him, rearing up to catch him. He whirled around to get out of the stallions reach, but was caught with the stallions weapons. The brute squealed in pain. It had come down on his rump. His flank had two slash marks running down the sides. They were not too deep, so it was not as painful as his chest and shoudler. Both of his ends were now sullied with an evil red color. His thorns laced once more and he bared his ivories. He wanted to stain his maw crimson with the others way of health. His ivories reached out to the other's back left leg, hoping he would not get kicked in the process, he turned and threw the rest of his small body against the stallion. His flank was vulnerable for the others food grinder, but this made it hard on the stallion and himself to use daggers. Daggers were much more deadly and he could win a battle this way...so he thought.

*B*--She tried to inch closer to the dun filly. Her ooids were now off of Mav and locked on this pretty, young flicka. She wtached her and outstretched her arm. Maybe the vixen would smell the apple from there and take her offering. The mother seemed so upset and she didn't want to totally disrupt the herd, so she held it quietly.
