Clean, Clean, Clean!!! We bought our house for thousands less as it was simply dirty! Get the cobwebs out of the corners, if you have an old carpet that is very worn, get rid of it - wash the finger prints off the wall (seriously, that was on the appraisal!)

Make it look airy and big!
