We, Skyline Urban Development, a faith based organization, have been engaged in trying to build houses for low to moderate income families in Oklahoma City, for the past two years. God has cleared some of the hurdles for us, regarding our negotiations with the local Urban Renewal Authority. However, we have reached an impasse with the bank. I am requesting prayers to get another approved buyer for our houses, so the bank loan will get processed. We do have one single parent family who has been approved and is looking forward to owning her first house. The building of these first four houses will bring a level of hope and vitality to an area of Oklahoma City that has been devastated by the loss of jobs and businesses.

Our future plans include working throughout the state of Oklahoma, building affordable housing in cities and towns in the state.

I would also ask for prayer for my friend Rev. Phyffer, who just had surgery to clear blocked arteries in his legs. He has been having heart and circulation problems for some years now. He also has a daughter who is in poor health and her condition causes him stress.
