Grace and Peace to all that would be reading this message and praying for me and my family.

I am confronted with making a life changing decision that has become extremely difficult. I am a Mental Health Specialist for the Supreme and Criminal Courts in NY and have the privelege to minister to a unique population that is truly underserved. I love what I do but am always ready to move whenever necessary for growth and ministry. I have been offfered a Directors position for a drug treatment program, which happens to be very similar to the work I presently do. I have worked hard to get to this place, after a lifestyle of drug wars, drug use, gangs and prison. In addition, I have been offered an opportunity to work for a Christian Organization for a less money and a big down grade in my position. The reason why I entertained working for a Christian Organization is becaue I kind of looked at this opportunity as full-time ministry, but who's to say the work that I'm preently doing isn't. Anyway, the decision must be made and I have been fasting and praying with my wife and still have not heard from the Lord. Please pray for me and my family for direction and that ultimately GOD's Will be done.

Any words of encouragement are embraced.
