Dear Rodney,
I'm moved to offer this to you as the Lord prompts my heart.
Isaiah 61 speaks of God taking the old ruins, and building anew. Trading gladness for mourning and beauty for ashes.
I pray for you Rodney and stand in Jesus name claiming the kindess and mercy of the Lord, that your heart would be comforted, that with the dark night, the new morning comes. That even in the darkest of hours you would know that the Lord is not deaf, nor His arm to short to reach your needs.
I pray that like Paul even in the midst of this storm you would cry out, My God Shall Never Leave me Nor Forsake Me!
Rebuke the lies of hoplessness the enemy may try to whisper into your emotions. God is faithful! Father give Rodney boldness and a fire in his spirit to stand.. and having done all to stand..stand! refusing to give up in Jeus name.
Our God is faithful Rodney, he is not unsensative to our deepest hurts or slightest concerns. God loves you Rodney. I challenge you to hold this in your heart, and on your tounge in your rising and in your resting. My God loves me!
As far as the divorce, please remember you are what God says you are. Righteous, redeemed, sanctified, justified, and washed in the blood of Jesus. No stain to dark, no sin to deep to reach his healing mercy. God doesn't make any junk! The word says ALL have sinned and have fallen short of the glory of God. You..Me.. everyone. but our hope is his cleansing blood, redeeming grace, and unyeilding love.
God loves Rodney!
God bless you and don't..give up..just surrender to Him.
