... seriously ... go to any like Like WalMart/Walgreen's etc and buy 200mg tablets SAM-e (anything under $.50 a pill is a fair rate, i just bought a 20-count with my Kroger plus card for $7.50) and take one a day. it's also good for liver and joint health (SAM-e often found in a formulation with glucosamine), to boot. With this being 'short days' and all the extra stress of these holidays anybody could use the boost and i'm pretty sure this stuff works.

sorry for your pain. that's some pretty deep shit, such an abrupt shift like that from marriage talk to not talking, which of course suggests a much larger overall dyanamic behind it.

so you say your gut talks to you when you use the bathroom? how does that work, exactly?
