Subject: I'm Back! Scary thought, right?

What a month! Our computer crashed, in the literal sense, knocked off the desk by my 4 yr old. So I haven't been able to get online it seems like forever.

My grandfather passed away Feb. 28, after a long battle with Alzhiemer's Disease. The spirit that surrounded him was so strong and the joy that I felt from the other side at his coming was overwhelming. He was a stong and devoted man, I'm sure he's busy with a great work on the other side.

Two weeks later, my oldest sister was married in the Columbia, SC Temple to a returned missionary and her daughter was sealed to them for time and eternity. The day before, my next oldest sister and father received their endowments along with Bonnie, the one getting married. We have waited for my father to walk through the temple doors for 32 years. We are planning to soon have our family sealed and I'm anxiously awaiting that moment.

If that wasn't enough, I arrived at the temple a little early on the day of the wedding and was able to do some work for some of my deceased relatives, the first time I've ever done any work for my own family! I cried through most of it. We still have the reception this Saturday to live through, but I thought then we could catch our breath, NOT!

My 2nd oldest brother (did I mention I'm the oldest of 11?) announces that he is not going on a mission, they have put him off for two years with, "Work a little harder, and come back in a few weeks." He introduced a young lady to the gospel and in the week between the funeral and the wedding, she was baptised. Now he announces that April 3rd, they are going to have a simple wedding, with a temple wedding in a year.

Okay, now I'm actually pretty okay with all that, things haven't worked out the way we wanted, but she's a sweet girl with a great testimony and I will love having her as a SIL. But we are just reeling from everything. My youngest sister (I only have 3 of those) is due to have a baby mid May, which she is not sure if she is giving up for adoption or not. I have just decided that no one else can have anything major happen for at least six months. Oh yeah, that's when my brother's fiance wants to throw a huge wedding up North so her family can be apart of it. Road Trip! Somebody show me where the slow down button is, I'm getting dizzy! ;-)

So, while I missed being on line and communicating with you all, I honestly don't know when I would have found the time anyway. I already got sick from too many late nights assisting the work on my sister's wedding dress. Food poisoning, that no one else got, the doc says, because I was so worn out and my immune system was lower, two days before my sisters's wedding. I did make it though!

Whew! How has everyone else's month been? LOL!

Jenifer,
