I don't know if we are stuck or not. That's why we are calling the insurance company. We want to switch audiologists. I am hoping that we can find a better one and that it won't take a long time for Ryan to get the help that he needs.

The insurance is the big barrier right now. Her name is on the approval, and the date for purchase ends at the end of April. I am hoping that we can find another avenue and that the insurance company will be sypathetic and allow us to switch. I am really uncomfortable with her, and I hope that we don't have to continue down this long road with her.

Thanks for the hugs, I really needed it!
