They go really quick and are much like organized cattle calls. In the older age groups(3+) kids go back in groups w/out Moms & Dads. They take the photo, maybe video and maybe ask the kids something.

Tips for the future, fill out the form and staple the photo/resume on the back, then turn it in that way.

Call backs normally don't happen, they just choose serveral to shoot the ads and then all of them get paid and the company chooses from those. John has shot a few print ads and those times at least 2 other kids shot the same ad. Once for a commercial John was the "back-up" and got paid for sitting on stand-by.
