Subject: The way I make them (m)
In reply to: deltim 's message, "I have a craving for deviled eggs... can someone tell me how to make them?" on 19:52:25 04/08/03 Tue

Hardboil your eggs. After they cool a bit, peel them and cut them in half lengthways. Put all the yolks into a bowl and mash them with a fork, then add mayo and a little bit of mustard until the mixture is smooth. Spoon the mixture back into the eggs and voila! Deviled eggs! You can sprinkle paprika on top of them if you want...but I prefer them without.

HTH!

Donna
