Yes, I guess it was.

I think you should buy a one or two year old Xterra. That's always when you get the best deal, and right now SUVs are not very sought-after. I betcha someone, somewhere, has just the one you want and is desperate to get rid of it because they can no longer afford the gas. And nobody else can afford it either, which drives down the market- big time.

Just keep your eye on Craig's List. And it's always a good idea to invest the $15 or whatever to be able to look up VIN numbers on Carfax. It can give you some insight on the seller's voracity if nothing else.
