She leaves 3 children and now the Swims, Moulinos and Snakespeares all want to adopt one or more of the children. This is the case: - Mathilda Swims wants to adopt all 3 children - Cassie Moulino wants to adopt only teenager Victor - Lisa Snakespeare wants to adopt only the baby twins Troll and Clay. In other words it's a Swims vs Moulino/Snakespeare. This is the first trial in Simmerville since the Mervil Farm was split 2 ages ago. The Hood Council will proceed the case with exception of any councillors who are related to those families involved. More about this case later. * Residents at Test Lane to be charged * The hood finances are poor, we need more funds in order to provide graduated students with their funds upon returning to Simmerville. The Hood Council has implemented a new economical system which allows all individuals to have their own hood account. It also allows for paying rent. The 6 remaining houses at Test Lane were always the hood's property and the families living there could not pass the house's values or rights on to their heirs. But this far they never paid rent to the hood for ataying there. We do now charge a daily rent of §100 per adult/elder and §50 per child/teen. * Garages and driveways * Very soon Simmerville will sign the so called NightLife Deal. The deal gives access to all kinds of pleasure facilities, it includes the hood buying a whole towntown district, but it also include cars. It is in time to plan a driveway on your lot! The Hood Council has decided not to put restrictions on how you build your driveway or garage, but we suggest the garage walls do match your house. The driveway must be 5 ground tiles wide and a car costs about §1000 to §10000. Here in Simmerville owning a car will affect the local hood tax with §50 per day. That's all for now! Steven B.
