NIGHTLIFE DEAL UNEXPECTEDLY SIGNED:
-The hood council had expected to sign the Nightlife deal this winter, but in an enexpected turn of events, the deal was signed this weekend.

PAHALA SHORE:
-Due to technical errors with the recent Nightlife expansion I am sadden to report the loss of most of the cast and crew from Pahala Shore. Pahala Shore will no longer be filmed, but I will make an effort to piece together the footage that survived and post them online.

IMMIGRATION
-Arland Marsh, actor "Sebastain" on Arrendale Heights, moved to Apple Valley as part of the Adopt-An-Actor Program.

EMMIGRATION
-The Bard Family moved to Pleasentview to help the hood recover from it's recent disaster.
-Ryan and his three children moved to Segunda Isla to be with fiance, Nia.
-Zaphilla and Phineas Kent moved to Soltarun to reunite with thier other father-Pollunation Technican 5

BUSINESS RIGHTS
-With the new Nightlife Deal, residents can own thier own community business. Businesses must be on a community lot and are are available for $5000 for the business right, $5000 for the initial hiring of employees and $5000 for the purchase of the land or $500/simday for the rental of the space. We look forward to many families owning thier own business!

TAXES:
-Car Tax of $250 per vehicle
-Driveway Tax of $250

NIGHTLIFE LOTTERY:
-Congratulations to Rai Pierce for winning $5000 towards a new car and to Selena Herendez for winning the $1000 dinner date downtown!

BIRTHS, DEATHS, ETC
-Annalica Pierce married Raoul Herendez in a private ceremony.
-Elaine Forrester-Miller died of old age
