COMPLEX LOTS:
-Sunny Villas [Phase 2] and Autumn Glen have completed construction. The addition of the two new complex lots adds four new homes to Apple Valley. Sunny Villas [Phase 2] will rent for $750 a simday, two villas [3bd/2.5bth] are available to be rented to hood residents. Autumn Glen will rent for $1000 a simday, two garden homes [3bd/2bth]are open for rent.

TRIAL:
-Simmerville Court has accepted the dispute over land deeds. Results from the trial will be known within a week's time.

TAXES & FEES:
-The $250 fee per birth for certificates, midwives and misc tasks associated with the birth has been nullified due to public outcry from hood residents. Any fees paid will be refunded.

RETIREMENT:
-A mandatory retirement order has been nullified due to public outcry on the issue.

BIRTHS:
-Basil born to Annalica & Raoul Pierce
-Holly born to Andrew & Tammy Forrester-Miller
-Alejandro born to Christine & Addision Herendez
-Shawn born to Eyania Forrester-Miller & Arland Marsh
