Simmervillians,

As we close our 40th simday, it turns out that the hood is bankerupt! We are really short on money, and to reduce the needed bank loan we need to sell off some more community lots. Any local resident who are interested, contact me asap! Each lot costs �10.000. Note that this is only for holding the rights to any business, actually running a business will add to the costs.
