 It seems like a lot of trouble to have the heritage law. I know here we loosely follow that the oldest inherits the house and then the other siblings are left with whatever the parents have deemed. Some children have gotten nothing due to families not agreeing with thier actions, some oldest children have not inherited the house because the younger was favored and so on and so on so that each family and each generation is able to chose. I suppose there are issues when a sim unexpectly dies without making thier wishes clear and in such cases a heritage plan would be nice.
