It is the 9th Simday here in Twilight Peaks as the neighborhood continues to blossom.
*::Around the Community::*
Downtown construction has been booming lately, but the current Hood Council put a halt on construction forbidding anyone to build downtown. Why the sudden stop on construction? The Hood Council said they thought that there were plenty of lots downtown all ready and they do not wish to over crowd the downtown region. Although this law halts construction, it only halts it for 11 more sim days, which by then a new Hood Council will be elected and it will be there decision weather to allow construction again or continue putting it on hold.
The current Hood Council is halfway through their term, so who will be the next generation of leaders? Victor Peridot, so far, is the only current councilmen who has stated he will definitely run next year, but he is considering running for a higher position in the council. Hopefully more sims will run and this election will be an interesting one.
The Hood Council is meeting up on the 11th simday to decide if the neighborhood will be expanding to Open for Business.
A new study is being conducted in Twilight Peaks to see if there is anyway to determine the sex of the baby before it is born. Several women are participating in the study and leading Scientist in Twilight Peaks are very excited to see the results.

The tragic death of Donald Persia just occured today and is leaving the entire Persia family heartbroken. Donald had just married fiancé, Dinease Glam, and the two were expecting their first child, when Donald was found dead in his bathroom. The thing that baffled everyone was that a stab mark was found in Donald’s left chest area, the scene had obviously been cleaned up, but the sim responsible for the murder is unclear? While Donald has past his legacy lives on as one of the most intelligent mafia leaders of all time. Donald was known as the mafia king because he had never been convicted of one crime in his entire mafia career and allegedly had never murdered a single sim during his participation in the mafia. His legacy lives on.
Gretchen Allen has a new man... or 2... or 3? Yes Ms. Allen has been performing all over Twilight Peaks and has been picking up a few men in the process. Gretchen was spotted at Twilight Harbor getting cozy with an unknown guy, as well as dancing the night away at Club 16 with another man, she was also seen flirting it up at The Midnight Pub with another unknown man. I guess the answer to the question "Will Gretchen be settling down anytime soon?" is no.
Anthony Persia was released and found not guilty of the theft of the sculpture stolen from Twilight Museum, the hunt for the priceless piece of art continues.
