Yesterday ex Spokessim Beatricé Shalloe died, today we also lost Bimbi O. Ballong (aka Bimbo NL). Mrs Ballong reached platinum and her funeral costs will be covered by the hood. There is an article about her death on the site. *** Finances are good *** After Age of Pleasure the hood finances are fine again, and Simmerville will be prepared to support the Simmerville House at campus, and to provide financial help to locals who want to start a business. *** New Law of Heritage *** The new law was implemented before we started simday 46. Most of the law was already known, the only essential change is that the heirloom is now to be equally shared between all heirs. In other words, there is no longer a main heir who gets 50% of the values even when there are 3 or more heirs. The Law of Heritage deals with values only, and not with what heir will inherite which item. *** Busines deal expected on simday 50 *** Simmerville has decided to sign the Business deal, and we expect the business options to be available to residents on our local simday 50. More directions will be given later, but we recommend business sims to read up and to set aside some money.
