On the next simday-Monday, the Hood will be releasing two residential lots in the new shopping district that are suitable for operating a home business. The homes feature an upper living space of 2bd/1bth with garage and seperate entrance and a lower commercial area with store front entrance. HOOD PREPARES FOR OFB EXPANSION: Phase Two Approved -The Hood Council has approved a proposal for phase two of preparing for the upcoming expansion by demolishing the Strip Mall in favor of three smaller shops in the new shopping district Riverbend. The shops will be operated by third party companies until the expansion and then residents will have the option of purchasing the businesses. Also, the Thomas Dawson Arts Complex will be built in the Riverbend Shopping District and will include a performance stage for musical and drama performances. LOCAL DIRECTOR PREPARES TO FILM MINI-SERIES -Local director, Shawn Marsh, has confirmed that he will be filming his three-part miniseries, "The Gift", in Apple Valley. There are a limited number of parts for extras that Mr. Marsh is opening to hood residents. During filming, please do not distrub the performers.
