HOOD PREPARES FOR OFB EXPANSION: Phase Three
-The Hood Council previously agreed on accepting only 10 community lot businesses and having no limit for home based businesses. Current community lot owners must buy their lot, with a discount of the business value.From 10 applications, 17 were approved. Here is a full list of approved businesses in Apple Valley:
---"Wearable Art Gallery" clothing boutique and art gallery owned by Luis Herendez located in Riverbend Shopping District of Apple Valley.
---"Snips" homebased hair salon owned by Adriana Tierra Herendez.
---"Fresh Flora" homebased florist and garden shop owned by Elinor Dawson.
---"Aquarius" downtown resturaunt and entertainment lounge owned by DaMarco Kent.
---"Baker's Dozen" homebased bakery owned by Leroy Mendenhall
