Subject: Pahala Shore Revived Author: Alia Kent [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 14:42:35 07/21/06 Fri Apple Valley is pleased to annouce that Fiorenza Petrignani has successfully brought the rights to Pahala Show and is reviving the show. Pahala Shore was created by Jarrel Pennelson, Petrignani's older brother, and written by Katherine Herendez. The show followed a group of young adults, college age and older as they lived thier lives on the island of Pahala. Shocking storylines and hardhitting issues marked the series and the show soon claimed critical success and was a popular primetime staple until tradegy struck the set and the cast and crew, save Ruth Roberts, perished. The show was naturally canceled and forgotten. Pahala Shore will begin airing monthly starting in September and auditions are now taking place for an all new cast. When asked about the future cast, Petrignani revealed that Ruth Roberts would be repising her role as Roxy and that David Evans had signed on as her love interest, Jamal. The director and producer was mum on other cast assignments but said that she was excited with the talent available in SimNation. Auditions are currently taking place until July 28.
