Hello, spokes Sims of other hoods.

I was wondering how many community lot businesses you have or plan to have? In Simmerville we had a limit to 10 community businesses and unlimited home businesses. I wonder if this is too strict. We thought that residents should rather open bigger businesses downtown, while we welcomed smaller businesses locally. I discussed it with our local Business Advisor, and we agreed to check with you. Have you got a local policy for these matters?
