Goldberg Theme Park

Tony Goldberg Senior has decided to sell the last of his major properties so he can use the money from the sale to invest in shares and to pay off his remaining debts. The Park is reckoned to be worth in the value of 145,000,000 simoliens and gets 500,000 visitors a day so is a big earner and we reckon that The Stein Family are going to make a offer for it of 120,000,000 simoliens.

The Viewpoint

The Viewpoint is getting redecorated after Betty Newbie sold it to James Telford. The Viewpoint now will have 4 dancefloors and much more seating then it used to have and will now cost 15 simoliens to get in to unlike the old 20 simoliens to get in.

The Sea Horse

The Seahorse is up for sale by Megan Benny, Megan Benny has decided to leave the commuinty after she was the only one who votd against the changes and since she did not want to lose her good looks. Megan Benny's pub is to be sold for 50,000 simoliens and has 2 bars, a billiard room and a 3 bedroom flat on the 1st story.

DIVORCES

Amelie Stein and John Hughes

Amelie Stein and John Hughes are getting divorced today, the two are going to sort out who get's what on the easy living board as they can not bear to be in the same room as each other.

Mike and Angela Heblen

The rock star John Heblen's parents have decided to split up after the two began to feel less love for one another. The two have sold their house and cars and have split the money between them.
