As one of the transition coordinators in my district I have been encountering some problems and wonder how other hoods are handling things.
1. How are you coping with the new calender and aging? We are having some confusion keeping everyones records straight.

2. What are you doing about utilizing lot moving and handling lot assignments and/or zoning? We have had numerous proposals from fixed street addresses with no movement like in the old days to assigned lot names or numbers with totally free movement allowed.

3. Are you using the Maxis model neighborhood layouts or designing your own with the SimCity 4 program? We do not yet have that program and are wondering whether it would be worth the cost to get it for only this purpose.
