We are currently having our 3rd simday in the new Simmerville hood, and it's time for some information to our residents of the progress.

Firstly, we are referring to this period as the Age of Modern Times, lasting for 25 simdays.

All households are now well established, and we count a total of 33 homes with 6 elders, 50 adults, 11 teenagers, 9 kids and 1 toddler.

On our 3rd simday all households were paid what remained to reach their old networth. Please check your household account and contact Hood Council member Mrs Gobelin with any questions.

There has been a lot of speculations going on concerning the land worth, the community lots and heritage. The Hood Council is currently working on this subject, and we will soon post detailed information. One fact you might find interesting is that each community lot will be assigned to a owner, most likely a local resident. Please contact me if you want to run a local business or community lot.

Our congratulations to Bonnie Hedgewood and Bertrand Montpellier who got married. It was the first and this far only wedding in the new hood.

No new residents were born yet, but several residents are pregnant and we expect a baby boom within a few simdays. Good luck to all!

Juliana Valentino
