Yes Ebbw Vale is a veritable utopia. Why anyone would want to live anywhere else is a mystery to me. If only Abertillery could be like Ebbw Vale I think I'd be so happy I'd burst into tears.

London, Paris, Milan....keep 'em! Give me Ebbw every time.
