Subject: Family History

I have been tracing my family tree and know that my family came from Abertillery. I recently visited the town and looked up a few addresses - however - the address on my Grandfathers birth certificate is Victoria Terrace, Abertillery, the only Victoria Terrace we could find was in Brynithel. I am not sure if this is the correct Terrace. Was there another Victoria Terrace actually in Abertillery in 1912, that maybe has since been demolished? Oh and also is there a WWII memorial in the town?

Thankyou for any help on this. I am planning another visit and want to have as much information before hand.

Joanne (nee Hill)
