If you look at the BGCBC web site, press releases, archives for June 28th. It says "Staff from the Council’s Social Services, Leisure and Housing Divisions as well as the Local Health Board, are relocating to this new hi-tech town centre development". It also mentions 250 jobs but alas they are not new jobs as originally promised for this building in 2001, just relocated from elsewhere in the borough. I suppose they had to justify building it eventually.
