Subject: A sign

You know sometimes people say 'it was a sign' when something happened and they say 'it was a sign'. Well I had the best experience of my life today when I saw 'a sign'. Yep, I saw a sign that went up on my neighbours house saying 'For Sale'............ Yippeeeeeee. The most miserable people I have ever come across. A sure sign that things are on the up. God bless estate agents.
