hi i just looked on a site as well and was told that the coleus,caladiums,impatiens plants are able to grow in boxes and shade . i also ent to another site and it said to me that cats wont go near the box if you put either grinded chilli pepper,orange peel,lemon ,pinecones and i heard vinegar not poured in place a cap on top .
cats dont like som flowers such as marigolds fuschias petunias geraniums hope it helps tony
