Now there's a fairy tale for you CCTV cuts back crime at local library,I'll watch out for the muggers next time I take out my books,better make them big one's so I can fight back.Hang on though if I do that I'll be picked up on the CCTV and arrested by the community police(I've only ever seen two of them)perhaps I can call on witnesses from the dozen or so who were at the meeting when the plans were unveiled.
