Ok so now at least you've expressed an opinion that doesn't level disability discrimination at someone else who was only expressing an opinion.I fully expect the parking disabled or not to be limited,and probably abused as all other parking areas seem to be these days.I know some business have made an effort good on them,my experiences re access are not limited to just Abertillery,the problem is commonplace.The point I was trying to make was that access to low cost is certainly no more difficult if not better than the current Library and it would certainly have been a cheaper less disruptive option in my opinion.
