The rich man said that what President Bush should do is take
the money and pay of the $8 trillion dollars this country owes. Otherwise, we are going to experience a depression like the one in 1929. Long lines of people outside soup kitchens, prostitution, crime, lawlessness, rampant corruption, unemployment, more poverty, bankrupcy, social programs phased out for lack of money.

The MTA wants to give twu 10% raise over 3 years.
However, for anybody doing their homework, 10% minus 1.5%
payed back into health benefits = 8.5%. if you count inflation, the $1 has the value of about .50, maybe less.
That means that to have $1 you need $2 to say you have a dollar. 1/2 of 8.5% = 4.25% raise over 10 years. I calculate
4.25% over 10years is how much the TWU members are getting.

To get out of poverty you need a net pay of $2000 per week
or more. There are people that not only make $2000 per week
but $5000, $10000 per week and more.

At one time in this country you only counted millionairs.
Now, you have millionairs, billionairs and trillionairs.

lThis economic system is not about you or me it is about how
to keep the rich richer and the poor poorer.
