I spent the afternoon going around the soap block, something I haven't been able to do for a while.
Here are my thoughts for each show, most I just watched
for about 5 mins or less, mostly at the begining of each episode, some I watched more of.....
Y&R: BORING! Not surprising since Y&R is consistent in everything they do, including being boring.
PC: Should have been CANCELED a long time ago! Beyond repair!
AMC: Didn't catch my attention, although was pleased to recognize almost all of the characters in scenes I watched.
DAYS: The hourglass brought a smile to my face, watching DAYS is like going home again, although this isn't the same show I once loved.
B&B: B&B is truly the best soap on the air. It is everything a soap should be. And the ending where Sheila crosses paths with Mossimo is very interesting! And will be fun to watch, as is the developing relationship between Bridget and C.J., that is how you write a story with younger characters!!!!
OLTL: Didn't interest me at all!
ATWT: Barbara causing trouble at Hal's wedding, interesting. At least it wasn't boring scenes as
was the case on Y&R. Although didn't hold my interest.
PSSNS: I got lucky! I watched on a day something actually happened! :) Luis found out, Sheridan is involved with his brother! Although who cares!!! Passions is still the same, trashy and about nothing. I just stuck around to see Timmy's final scene, which NBC decided to air, he was in heaven and got his wings! :(
GL: Didn't recognize anyone! LOL So I shut it off!
GH: Sonny as Don Corleone? I don't think so! Leave the
mafia to Mario Puzo! Didn't interest me.
Bottom Line: There is a reason B&B is the ONLY show I
watch, its because its the only show worth my attention!
And today's trip around the soap block, proved that!
