How do we know she's deserting from a sinking ship? Surely she would have mentioned something about creative clashes or something.....If that was the case, she made herself look INCREDIBLY diva-ish by saying that she's leaving because GL doesn't want to work around her book schedule.

At least Morgan Fairchild(who isn't even as mainstream as Collins) stayed for the remainder of her contract at The City. But then again, ABC pumped millions into her remote shoot trailor(while other actors hung out on the chilly streets of SoHo between takes) and God knwos how much on those clothes and some of the other demands she had.

Joan prolly had a college dorm sized dressing room, bless her friggin heart. :(

Not only that, but she had three more months left to fulfill the obligations of her contract! She could have stayed through February Sweeps!

But oh well....Would love to hear Michael "The King of Spin" Logan's view on this, if it hasn't already made it to press.
