Of course NBC still sees it as an asset. For as long as NBC Daytime is committed to airing soaps, DAYS as its top rated show is an asset!
Although NBC will not pay Corday Productions/SONY the same
amount per episode as the terms of the current contract.
This is a business after all, and its all about money.
NBC wants DAYS to stay, but they won't go broke keeping
it either.
