Love or Loathe, not meaning the actress in question but her portrayl.

And personally, I loathe it. I REALLY DO! Tamara Braun is nowhere near to the point of BEING Carly. To me, Tamara Braun is playing Bobbie's second daughter, Carly #2.

Carly was a totally heartless bitch. The Carly I know would never go after wimpy, shrimpy teenagers like Zander that have nothing to offer. She always had a spine that never needed to be checked for injury. And when Carly walked into a room, almost everyone dreaded the sight of her.

I know part of this is the writers, but it seems like when the actress left, the writers decided to turn Carly into some sort of misunderstood heroine. And that was NEVER what Carly was supposed to be.

And I must admit, I like how Tamara is taking her own spin on Carly by killing her imitations to Sarah Brown. But it's still not enough. I want a Carly that is interesting. I want a Carly that is fun to watch.

I don't want to watch a Sami Brady clone.

If it were a more interesting actress playing the role, I might not object so much. But Tamara Braun is not, therefore, something must be done before the Carly character is permanently destroyed.

Maybe the "REAL" Carly will be recovered during the search.
