I have ridden in vehicles with those under the influence of opioids and noticed some of the persons nodding out at times on more than one occasion. Personally, I would not drive under the influence of any narcotic. It's like a chronic alcoholic saying it's okay for him to drink and drive because his body has tolerance to alcohol. Why do you think legislation is being considered? Because there are those among us who are making it bad for us all by driving under the influence.
