i am just starting on a trial course of the gabapentin and are interested in finding more about it. i have been prescribed it at 900mg a day to begin with. it has been prescribed for the treatment of constant pain and spasm that are the result of a spinal cord injury (c5-6 incomplete tetraplegia). i still haven't found a satisfactory explanation on what it is and how it works. any information would be of great interest to me.
if you could help in anyway it would be greatly appreciated.
