dear susan.this is the first time i been in this site and your message jumped out to me.i suffer from many ailments, one of which is hep c.i was only dianosed a year ago and still do not know much about it and am not far enough along to begin treatment. the only thing in your letter that concerned me was that you use tylenol. i am very surprised that a doctor would ever recommend tylenol as it is one of the worst drugs that causes liver damage. i have suffered with chronic pain for about 10 years now and my specialist put me on hydro morphone as it has next to no problem being processd through the liver.i am now relatively pain free.as a recovering drug addict i had concerns about using narcotics (it being a morphine type drug) but with the help of my doctors i am managing quite well with it. i would really like to speak to you sometime as i am sure you could explain about hep c at a level where it would be easier to understand than coming from a doctor. i am sure you get frustrated with some of their explanations assuming we always understand what they are talking about.i do have unlimited long distance. if you feel comfortable with it i could give you my phone number and if you call me with a number i could call you right back so it wouldnt affect your phone bill. i understand if you are not comfortable calling a total stranger but i really would appreciate someone to talk to. i assure you i am not a freak...lol...just a boring housewife. i live in north battleford sk and my phone # is 306-446-2576 i do not open emails i do not recognize so if u email me...please note who you are so i dont just delete it. thank you.
sincerely, colleen fleury
