Hi,

I am 40 years old and have been dealing with adhesion pain for years now. I was finally diagnosed with the adhesions last August. I have good days and bad. Right now my Dr. and I are experimenting with different therapies to help eleviate the pain when it really bad. I was told out-right that surgery would probably just create a worse problem afterwards than just finding a way to cope with the flare-ups (my really bad days). He has also explained that what works for one may not be the answer for another so it is a system of ruling out what doesn't help to find what will help.
The most important thing I have found is having a positive outlook and try not to let the pain depress me. Good Luck in your pain management.

Sherry
